Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mouth Noises website and entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Official Rules. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition. The competition is void where prohibited by law. By entering, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Content

You retain full ownership of your submitted videos. By submitting, you grant Mouth Noises a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, repost, clip, and promote your submission across any platform, with credit. We will never claim your work as ours.

Payments & Refunds

All entry fees ($1.99 USD per submission) are processed securely via Stripe. Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. Each video submission costs $1.99.

Limitation of Liability

Mouth Noises is not responsible for technical issues, delayed submissions, or internet connectivity problems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the competition at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
